You drive to Les Quis, 3.5 hours from Calais, and we take care of everything from the moment you arrive.

Four mature private lakes. Two experienced English bailiffs. An optional professionally cooked food package. Seven days of fishing, Saturday to Saturday, in June, July, or October.

Same lakes, same bailiff team, same catch rates as the coach package, just without the transport. If you’re comfortable with the drive, this is an excellent value at £490 per person.

Les Quis is located in Bray-sur-Seine, 3.5 hours from Calais by car, primarily on the motorway.

It’s one of the most straightforward drives to a French carp venue: cross at Calais or Folkestone and head south.

The Drive and Survive package runs in June, July, and October. These are three of the best months for carp fishing in France: June and July for summer surface activity, October for the pre-winter feed. You arrive on Saturday, you leave the following Saturday.

What’s included: access to your choice of lake, two experienced English bailiffs on-site throughout, lodge facilities (dining area, TV, Wi-Fi, showers), and tackle delivery to your swim. The food package (full English breakfast and two-course evening meal daily) is available as an optional add-on for £235 per person.

Non-anglers are welcome at £200 per person plus the food package.

Why Les Quis - in brief

Les Quis opened in 1992. The lakes have been developing ever since. The fish have grown with them; current records stand at 68lb 4oz on Elf Lake, 65lb 6oz on Old Lake, and 63lb 12oz on Long Lake.

The complex operates at low density by design, with a maximum of 18 anglers across three main lakes. No crowded banks. Proper space to fish.

Catch rate across the complex: 95%, every season. Eight in ten guests come back. Those are the numbers that matter.
