Point Left

Like point right the tree lined far margins are like a magnet for both the angler to cast to and the carp to patrol.

As with point right walking round to the far side to bait up accurately is definitely the way forward.

Again, the open water in front of you should not be ignored especially the area directly in front of the swim where it is quite shallow for a way but then suddenly drops off into deeper water.

Seeing as these two swims are so close together, they are the perfect swims to fish with a mate for a week if you get lucky in the draw.
