Your visit to our website is anonymous (no personal information about you is recorded or gathered) unless you register for an e-mail, or forward an article.

When you register to the website, we store all the information you provide in a secure area. This information is used to administer your account and to send you editorial and commercial messages which reflect your business interests.

When you forward an article to a friend we collect all the data you provide in a secure area. This information is used to ensure that our copyright is not broken, it also allow us to communicate with you and your friend, to offer further products or services linked to our companies. This data will not be used after these communications and will be destroyed.

We analyse our server logs to assess how many visitors we are getting and where they are coming from. Information your computer provides to our server for the purposes of enabling you to access this site might also be available to us.

Information stored when payment by Credit Card:

we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties we use PayPal for these transactions using their secure system, we will send you an invoice via e-mail for you to action via PayPal. Please refer top their terms and conditions.

Payment & Delivery Policy

We will post to you, your travel information documents. These will be mailed 10 weeks prior to your departure date, along with the final payment invoice via Royal Mail first class post. You can send the balance by Cheque or pay via PayPal. If you pay via PayPal we will charge an additional 4% to cover their costs. This is the amount PayPalcharge to use this facility.

Refund / Cancelation Policy
You will be required to pay a deposit of £100 per person.  This is none refundable. The final balance once paid is none refundable. Please make sure you have taken out the appropriate travel insurance for any unforseen eventualities to cover you for your trip.

The balance of your trip must be paid at least eight weeks before departure.  If you fail to pay in full eight weeks before departure, your holiday may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit . If you book within eight weeks prior to departure this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment before we can confirm your booking.

When you pay for your trip by PayPal, credit/charge card, we reserve the right to levy a 4% handling charge for each payment made by these means. Full confirmation will not be issued until your trip has been paid for in full.
