The Bay Lake

Since we acquired this lake almost 10 years ago, we have not really utilised it as part of the complex, we simply allowed the lake to mature into the tree lined picturesque setting it has now become.

In order to bring the opportunity to more angler's to actually be able to come and sample the Les Quis Complex and all it's facilities that unfortunately we have had to disappoint them with in the past due to the popularity of the complex and generally being fully booked for up to two years in advance. We are now in a position to allow a further 6 anglers a week to have the opportunity to fish this prolific water for newly stocked big carp to well over 40lb's as well as the original stocking. So now the Bay Lake is in the unique position of being able to offer angler's personal best weights and personal best quantities !!  

Now we are officially opening this lake and have restocked with BIG carp !!

 In years gone by and dating back to the mid nineties we have stocked this lake with numerous fish to well over 30lb's as well as the original fish that were resident in the lake when we acquired it. In addition to this we stocked several very large deliveries of carp, mainly mid doubles in 1999 and 2001, that we have used a small amount to restock the other lakes on an annual basis, but leaving many many fish in the Bay Lake to grow on.

We have just restocked this lake with a further 41 fish in excess of twenty pounds, 32 fish in excess of 30 pounds and 11 fish between 41  and up to 45 pounds. All these fish have been acquired from our most trusted supplier for many years and fish are of the known same strain as were stocked in the other lakes many years ago, we have ensured that this lake will become as prolific a big fish water as the other lakes on the complex already are, with the same hard fighting fast growing carp that grace the other lakes. 

The lake itself covers just over 14 acres making up a cloverleaf, being split into 3 superb bays, The North Bay, The South Bay and The West Bay.

This is a great opportunity for anglers to experience the unequalled Les Quis facilities whilst being able to fish a lake that is sure to hold many surprises, you will not find a lake which combines quality and quantity to compare with the Bay Lake.
