Question: Do I need medical insurance?
Answer: Yes you do !
We do NOT cover clients with any personal medical or emergency
insurance cover, it is the client's responsibility to ensure they are adequately covered
for any eventuality.
Travel/Medical Insurance can be obtained relatively cheaply from most High
Street outlets, even at the Post Office.
You will also need to obtain a "European Health Insurance Card"

Question: What are the rules?

Question: How long are travelling times to Les Quis?
Answer: Generally boarding the ferry on Saturday at approx 02.00 . Then approx.1½ hours
travelling on the ferry, once in France 4½ hours from Calais to Les Quis.
Arriving approx: 09.00 Saturday morning.
The return journey starts from Les Quis at 09.00 returning to Relyon car park
at approx: 16.00 Saturday.
Question: What amount of tackle or luggage can I take ?

Question: How much bait will I need ?
Answer: Obviously this varies, we recommend that 15KG's for the week is a sensible
amount for three rods.
Question: Can I use a bait boat ?
Answer: Bait boats or spodding are not permitted on the complex,
catapults and throwing sticks are perfect for baiting up on our lakes.
Question: What bait is recommended on the complex?
Answer: No restrictions are applied to boilie manufacturer, however we recommend
using the specifically developed Osprey range in order to maximise catch
rates on the complex.

Question: Can I move swim during the week?
Answer: Yes, there are always options available to you and you are free to
move to any unoccupied numbered swim at any time during your trip.
Question: Can I purchase tackle on site?
Answer: We do not sell tackle on site, but do have Osprey bait stock as required.
Question: What if I exceed my luggage allowance?
Answer: Your additional items outside your allowance will remain in your vehicle at
the pick up point.
Question: What happens if I behave inappropriately or break rules at the complex.
Answer: You will simply be instructed by your bailiff to pack up your tackle and
transported to the local train station for repatriation to the UK at your
own expense.
